Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all lace and silk tags attached, including the hygiene seal for briefs.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for an exchange or credit.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop your parcel at any authorized postage location.
Processing and Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your new exchange shipment within 5-7 business days.
